This lecture was delivered by Alfred Snider of the University of Vermont at the Qatar Debate Academy October 30-November 6 2009.

The lecture is in two parts and deals with how to plan, organize and hold a debate tournament. The suggestions are multiple, quite specific and were designed for application in many different contexts.
